So basically after experimenting a ton I realized that natural>chemical. I've been experimenting for a bit over a year now, and it's fair to say that my skin is super clear. Using tons of products will usually give slight results at first, but will do nothing in terms of actually clearing skin. Like, you might get a bit of progress and think you're doing well, but eventually you might feel like your products are doing nothing. And it really doesn't matter what brand of product you use. However there are two things that really WILL help down the road.
1. Drinking 16 glasses of water a day. Basically doing this is 3x as effective as any products you will use. It is really hard to do at first, but it will become a habit. And you can't drink it all at once. It has to be throughout the day. But this helps sooooo much.
2. Getting LOTS OF SLEEP. Your body regenerates as you sleep. Idk if you guys have ever looked in the mirror after staying up all night, but usually it isn't pretty. But if you go to sleep at like 9:30-10:00 and wake up at 6:30 minimum, your body will actually be more hydrated. Just google what less sleep can do to you.
3. Going to the gym or doing something kind of active for like 30 minutes to an hour a day will help a lot, but most people don't actually take it seriously. It basically has the same effect as water on your skin.
TLDR: 16 glasses of water, lots of sleep, exercise. Less emphasis on products

Yeah they do work, but not to the extent most people hope. Idk if you have seen most people in high school, but it is hard to find people with clear skin. Most of them actually do use products

@Huades It isn't healthy if you drink a ton at once. But throughout a 12 hour period it is fine.

Also it is 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated, but you need a gallon of water for actual results on your skin
