MouseButton1Click ( ) Fired when the mouse has fully left clicked the GUI object. By clicking, the mouse has to be in bounds of the button and has to be pressed down and up again before this event fires.
MouseButton1Down ( int x, int y ) Fired when the mouse is in the left mouse down state on the GUI object.
MouseButton1Up ( int x, int y ) Fired when the left mouse has released the GUI object.
MouseButton2Click ( ) Fired when the mouse has right clicked the GUI object.
MouseButton2Down ( int x, int y ) Fired when the mouse is in the right mouse down state on the GUI object.
MouseButton2Up ( int x, int y ) Fired when the right mouse button has been released on a GUI Object. |

tl;dr down just means you're still holding it, click is self explanatory - just a click
practical uses for MouseButton1Click would be in guis or buttons, while MouseButton1Down would help in something that takes time to do (so for example, charging a computer which takes 5 seconds to do)
