Docklands National Guard Rules of Engagement
Within Docklands National Guard, personnel are subjected to many hostile instances when they must withdraw some source of weaponry. Now, these actions must be legal as they must see/feel an imminent threat.
Personnel may NOT fire at anyone unless they acknowledge a threat. Now, unless they are taking fire / see a weapon they must now fire. When a weapon is seen you are ask them to put the gun down, If they point it at you, Detain them., if subject refuses it may result to using force.
Instances lethal force is auto-authorize:
- Getting attacked - Taking fire. - Someone else is in danger. - Mass Murder - Gang activity - Threatning and Many more.
You may not fire when:
- Pursuing an individual, get them in a legitimate manner (You may shoot out tires). - No threat is implemented.
