Why is knocking someone out considered non lethal?
A lot of people die from falling unconscious and those people generally get medical attention to attempt to save them.
Not Joe on watch duty though, he's out there alone in the dark watching for intruders then suddenly you come up behind and cover his mouth with your palms and he's out stone cold.
It's purely down to luck that Joe wakes up, if he even does.
Even more dumb is in the metro games where you can knockout people wearing gas masks, they're almost guaranteed death by the oxygen running out in the mask. |

| @Doom If the game is willing to kill you if you ignore these mechanics then some unconscious guy shouldn't be immune. |

| At least Dishonored holds you responsible if someone you knocked out dies afterwards even if it's like 10 minutes after you did it. |
