Terrain water? Go to workspace and click terrain you can change water color, transparency, reflectance etc there.

| well, you go to your nearest water source w/ a bucket. fill the bucket up, take it to a ditch and put it in. REPEAT PROCESS UNTIL DITCH == RIVER |

| There are many ways to make water, and most builders make water in different ways. Some use terrain water but it can't be modified besides current power. Others just use still water as if it is just frozen in time. I've seen changing decal waters, conveyor belt water, and double-layer rotating water to make it seem like its moving. For a river I would guess it would be easiest to use a conveyor type water. |
