actually both are near useless unless ur out of shape, den both r good
as in if you can max at 200, 50x10 wont do much at all. you should be doing like 105-135x10, depending on the person[ or lower] |

when i maxed at 235 [aftr that i no longer was in weightlifting] i could do 155x10 ez pz a good workout would be [for me] like 135x8 for warmup 155x6 175x4 195x3 205x3 and 205x2 but i dont think i usually couldget the 2nd |
