And yet I keep eating. Compulsive eating is a dilema for me.
So far I ate nearly half a can of peanuts (full can is 7.5 oz), one of those milk shake things from the dollar tree, some baked macaroni, 4 cookies.
I'm going to eat the rest of the peanuts, a 52 oz soda, and 1 more cookie, and some gum.

Everything but the peanuts and soda are pretty low calorie. Like the cookies are 60 cal each, the gum is like 5 cal, and the milk was like 150 cal. The entire jar of peanuts is going to be 1,200 calories total

i have a similar issue. today i had kfc and felt so bad for leaving one biscuit all by itself so i ate it. and then i ate the rest of the chicken. then the mased potatoes. then the coleslaw. that food couldve fed 5 people

I've been trying to do some exercising lately. I did 20 minutes of non cardio workout yesterday (planks, lifting small weights, etc). Tomorrow I'm planning on doing like 20-30 minutes of cardio. Usually I do 30 minute cardio once a week and don't do anything else for the week. I can't stop eating but I'm trying to be healthier, so atleast I'm trying

I never had a habit of eating too much food, I'm much like a skinny person who doesn't get addicted to food, unless it's my favorite and I eat it on a daily basis.
