school is really far away i would have to cross a lot of busy roads that dont have sidewalks its on the complete other side of town

IF you want to lose weight, run first even if you look dumb, you'll get better. If you want strength then vvvv

At home supersizes. I would work on triceps first. then biceps. Your triceps make up 2/3 of your arm and are the key to push-ups. But you don't want just big arms so i would have a routine like 10 burpees (if you don't know what those are look it up) Then get a dumbbell and hold it with two hands and slowly lower it and raise it behind your head (your arms will get tired) I would do 15 of those and then do 10 sit-ups and 10 jumping jacks and 15 push ups. Repeat this till you feel you feel your done and even then keep going.
