| school is really far away i would have to cross a lot of busy roads that dont have sidewalks its on the complete other side of town |

IF you want to lose weight, run first even if you look dumb, you'll get better. If you want strength then vvvv
At home supersizes. I would work on triceps first. then biceps. Your triceps make up 2/3 of your arm and are the key to push-ups. But you don't want just big arms so i would have a routine like 10 burpees (if you don't know what those are look it up) Then get a dumbbell and hold it with two hands and slowly lower it and raise it behind your head (your arms will get tired) I would do 15 of those and then do 10 sit-ups and 10 jumping jacks and 15 push ups. Repeat this till you feel you feel your done and even then keep going. |
