replicatedstorage is the place to store anything that needs to be cloned/re-used. lighting used to be used, but since replicatedstorage was added its encouraged to use that instead.
say you have a bunch of weapons that you buy in the shop. you can't put it in starterpack, since then every player will have every weapon. you would use replicatedstorage/serverstorage to clone the appropriate weapons.

If it's weapons and such, you should really put them in ServerStorage and clone them on the server (ServerStorage is only accessible from server scripts, ReplicatedStorage is replicated across clients and the server). ReplicatedStorage can be used to clone other, less risky things such as GUIs as then the client can clone it itself reducing the delay between as the client will be able to do the job itself rather than getting the server to do it causing extra, unnecessary requests.

replicatedfirst loads before anything else - it can be used for something custom loading screen.
