| I've got some folders stored in the player's backpack that contain scripts that need to be run but every time a player dies the folders are gone (obviously)...is there a way to fix this? |

| But the stuff inside the folders changes all the time. They're quests and they're always being updated...is it plausible to change everything in the startpack via a script to do this? |

| Are they tools? If it's tools, they should be not grouped, let alone their own group, like Knife.handle.weld and stuff. |

| No, it's actually a collection of Values (A stringvalue, boolvalue, a couple intvalues) that make up information about a quest. Basically I use it to hold information on quests that the player is currently doing, and quests the player has already completed. |

| I don't think you understand the situation lol. They're not tools, they're quests that are always changing. If someone kills 2/10 of the creatures, then dies, I need it to be able to stay as 2/10, but instead everything is deleted from the backpack. |

store the stuff in the player instead of backpack if you dont want it to change. anyways you should be using datastores and saving the data on the server then loading the databack in if they reset @OP

I can't store it in the player because there are scripts in them that need to be run.
