A Joint Resolution
Committee statement: " We the House Judiciary Committee has approved this bill by a vote of 5 - 0 - 2 (Aye - Nay - N/V). We believe that TimGeithner has proven beyond doubt that he should be relieved of his Nixon bar. We highly encourage Representatives to Aye!
Resolved that–
"TimGeithner, Former Vice President, is hereby relieved of his Nixon Bar and is allowed to hold any trust or office under the United States".
In accordance with the "Anti-Nixon Act" upon the concurrence of both house of Congress and the Signature of the President this Joint Resolution shall go into effect.

Aye.
It's so important that you realize this guy needs unbarring and the chance to serve on the Supreme Court, as he wants to. It's soon going to be half a year since his bar, and many things have changed meanwhile.
Also, take note of the House Judiciary Committee recommendation, because they passed the unbarring with a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays (the others were absent).
Vote aye, unbar Tim and,
LISTEN to this: If you ever see that he will make any kind of damage just go ahead and re-consider his impeachment. He promised in front of the U.S. Congress that it won't be the case.

Rather than taking a risk, we could just not do this at all. The democrats have shown that they're not open to bipartisanship. This brings me fear as if Tim is unbarred, and something does go wrong, you house democrats won't actually be up to impeaching him. After all, Tim has proven himself as a good friend to the democratic party. |
