Advanced Agent Program:
Section 1: It has come to my attention that some of our agents are leaving Docklands Special Forces because of personal reasons. Agents should not be punished if life gets in their way and they left and want to come back. Some agents are coming back, but have to start all over again. This is why we are now implementing the Advanced Agent Program(AAP). This program will be run by the director of AAP(Jish950) and those who have permission to host AAP trainings (Not all HRs can host these).
Section 2: Information on AAP AAP is a specially designed course of training for agents that left and want to come back. These agents will go through specialized training and tests to see where they are in skill. They will be promoted at a faster pace, as they will be tested on skill for placement. They will be in the course only until they have received the rank they had before they left, or the max rank that is decided for them in special cases. [WARNING] TEMPORARY RANKS ARE NOT THE MAX RANKS! If you have had a temporary rank, your max rank for AAP will be the rank you have had before or after that temporary rank. Once you reach your max rank in AAP, you will graduate AAP and be back in the normal training system. [WARNING] THE DIRECTOR IS THE ULTIMATE DECIDER OF HOW LONG YOU CAN BE IN THE PROGRAM FOR!
Section 3: Requirements -Must have been in DSF -Must have been reaccepted through tryout -Must have been CTU+ -Must have left with a real cause -Must have not deserted -Must have respect -Must know the R&G [WARNING] SEVERE VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXILE FROM AAP AND POSSIBLY FROM DSF!
Section 3: How to join AAP There will be shouts for AAP trainings. Any eligible agent will show up to the training. Once they complete their first training they are officially in AAP.
Section 4: Protocol for AAP trainings No other agents may enter the AAP trainings for “practice”, “observing”, or “helping”. Training will consist of tests of rules, skills, and discipline. In addition to practice to improve skills
Section 5: Trainings -Trainings will begin with warmup exercises(obbys, faces) -Then test the agents on the R&G -Then some 1v1s 2v2s -They will go through city situations -They will finish with promotions/graduations
