To prevent the USCPF from going ham and murdering everyone at their doorstep, a ROE (Rule of Engagement) will be placed.
■ Civilians with un-holstered weapons are to be treated as a hostile. You are to tell the civilian with an un-holstered or un-slung weapon to drop it and get on the ground, if they do not comply, you are allowed to open fire on the civilian. ■ Open carry is allowed, but the USCPF has the rights to confiscate the weapons if they deem it too much of a risk for the civilian to be keeping it (i.e Civilian carrying a 20mm AT rifle, RPG, etc.) ■ If a USCPF or US Citizen is being threatened by an armed civilian (i.e holding them at gunpoint), they should try to subdue the civilian. ■ USCPF shouldn’t or intentionally harm a civilian if it’s not necessary. ■ Always look for a solution that will keep everyone alive and well. Directing harm onto someone shouldn't be the first course of action taken. It should be the last |

| How in the hell do you subdue a man holding you at gunpoint? "Hey, listen. I know you have a rifle to my face and all, but! Put it down and surrender." |
