People have said scaling but I'm not sure what it is and how to do it. I have these nametags above people's heads but I don't want them to get bigger

in the uidim theres 2 numbers for each the x and y values so {(Scale),(Absolute} {(Scale), (Absolute)} X- Value Y-Value Scale is relative and will always stay the same size as it changes depending on screen size The Absolute value is an exact amount and depending on screen size or proximity it could be gigantic or teeny tiny. |

So how do I use the scale and the absolute size to make it so the billboardgui gets smaller when you move further away from the person?
