| What about rock, half of 90's alternative is mumble singing...AND YOU KNOW WHAT! I LOVE 90'S ALTERNATIVE! And you know what, some beats are bad some beats are good. Kendrick Lamar's "To #### A Butterfly" had great instrumentals comprising of a lot of jazz and swing, a lot of Wind instruments and such that just gave the album more life. Even Drakes album had a lot of haunting instrumentals (like on Pop Style) and at the same time had big booming intros like Keep The Family Closer. Branding a whole genre as awful is just stupid. |

This has to be bait.
I'll bite.
Hip Hop isn't what you described it as.
That's rap.
Hip Hop is the beat behind the rap, and it could be well-produced or not. Get your terms right, but otherwise I agree Rap should be going downhill. |

Classic rock is just a bunch of high pitched wailing about women to overly complex guitar solos. |

Even though this is probably bait, rap is fantastic. If you think all of it is bad, you're probably one of those hard-core rock fans who listened to one Drake song and assumed all rap is like that.

| Rap is just "Rythm and Poetry" some rappers know what they are doing (Kanye, J Cole, Kendrick, Eminem, few others) many just like you said mumble to "crappy beats"(Desiigner who likes to repeat the same line repeatedly while making noises) |

"Trust me it's not gonna die lol"
hip hop has been more influential than rock for a while now actually, and it seems to continue to be
Five more minutes mom, I'm talking to my toxic internet friends about whose music tastes are superior. |

Gives em' real Rap: Wicked Emcees getting KICKED WITH SPEECH, "Pulling" rap-keys into words like U-Haul Trucks. I'm already lyrically involved. All formed together, a force of rappers endorsed ruptures controlling balance. It lethally takes us to another world where we have to survive the bad habits. Lyrical miracle collaborators invented spiritual flows getting more old school than golden age rap bandits. Have the black mask to cover your face. We arn't the same I'm untamed there's a difference I had to abbreviate. Schemes'll break your mind-mind blown lookin' like I had to go to military school and SA#####I######never RAPPED SICK adapted real. Attached-with-deals dealing me poetry. That's what real. Realer than Kid Cudi, Biggie, Emimen, what else was there oh yes Immortal Technique. Probably TechN9ne rapping about how his guns busted eyes with his remorseful side. I get resourceful rhymes, re-enforce guys, to steer back to REAL RAP. Real Hip Hop, grip a boom-box, riding a bike near Hart-wick Pines. Write a love letter to that rose with her back leaned near some Palm trees and never dared to violently grip a pencil and bronx-twist minds. Hip Hop's life, it has a hold of me. I "drive" rhymes nuts more than Car Loan Applications. |

We put the OOP - OOP back in the jam.
We agreed about music, we're in accord,
Are we in a Jetta? Naw, we're in an Accord.
Please excuse my antics, my playful tricks,
And Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally, yeah she's kind of sick.
There's four parts or components in Hip-Hop,
Graffiti, break-dancing, DJing, and rapping.
We made the transition and change from scatting,
From "Skoobiddybeebop" to "you know we rock."
Some say graffiti, it defaces a wall,
Spoils its appearance, and changes it all.
Others say it's not harmful, it's benign,
In fact, it makes a boring wall look just fine.
You're a rational person, think and reason,
You be the judge: Tell me what you're believing.
Rap started in America, up in the Bronx,
Then spread through the world, bringing us the funk.
We put the OOP - OOP back in the jam.
Hip-Hop turned into a bonanza, oh my,
A source of great wealth like a gold mine.
If it's an infinite, never-ending source of wealth,
We better spread it out, never keep it to ourselves.
Let me cite an example, refer to some proof:
Ludacris gives money back to the schools.
'Cause Luda realized rapping can be lucrative,
Very profitable, if you're good with it.
That's an idea or a concept that works,
So a million lazy rappers emerge.
But it's not an enigma, or a riddle,
Lazy people get played quickly like fiddles.
We don't give in to it, succumb to greed,
It's not about money, this is fun to me.
Maybe Cash Rules Everything Around Me CREAM,
But I stay calm and serene.
We put the OOP - OOP back in the jam. |

| Hip hop will die once ########## are pushed to reach realization of their primitive behavior. Rap will die once self-awareness eliminates barbarism and love for amplified metronomes is grows boring. Rock will die once most typical garage band artists learn a thing or two about the history of guitar and not just playing power chords and blue scales. Metal will die once potential high school/college shooters receive effective therapy. What other genres? |

bait is successful /win/ but i know "hip hop" isn't bad, it's really just the stuff that's on the charts, constantly, that stuff is garbage. there's many rappers who are good, and actually have great beats and meaningful lyrics.
