This is your handbook on Espionage and Revolutions!
ESPIONAGE Sometimes, a world leader isn't exactly able to do everything he wants, so he will use someone else to get the job done. Each country will have an espionage unit in which they can have one person join another country to see what is going on. It will be up to the other country to catch the spy because the person must remain in their home country while on an espionage mission. The spies can report back target of interests, diplomacy tactics, and war tactics to their leaders, so be on the look out at all times! As a reminder, each country can only send ONE spy into each country.
Spies also will have the option to betray their own leader and join up with the country they are spying on, so choose wisely! Any mass demotion or foul play while on an espionage mission will result in an instant exile for both the spy, and possibly the world leader with proof if he approved it. Spies can be very useful so make sure to use them when needed!
Revolts and Revolutions! If the citizens have a valid cause, and don't like the way the country is headed, they may take up arms and try to overthrow their ruler! Valid causes would be; a long lasting war, constant betrayal, change in government, demoting unfairly. Once a revolt is in progress, exile will be disabled for the world ruler, and all revolvers will be moved to that section in the ranks! The revolution leaders will then speak to a moderator about when they plan to attack a fort or the capital city. If they are able to take both the fort and capital city from the ruling leader and his royal subjects, then they may choose their own leader to take over!
If a Rebellion is successful, all world leaders will be informed right away! They will then have a chance to go in and crush the rebellion and put the old leaders back on the throne, or accept the new leadership.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
