Hello,
Would be lovely if you add 'Refund'. I accidentaly bought one hat (Chill Cap) and I will not use it. So I need a refund, because I am actually broke :(
Say 'Support. [Serial Number]' to support this suggestion, and 'No Support. [Serial Number]' if you don't support me.

Thanks for support. Anyways serial number mean like first support: "Support [1]" (Feel free to use normal braces or no braces; "Support (1)" or "Support 1" It's up to you.) After first support or no support comes obviously second: "Support [2]" and so on ;)

That is greedy. YOu need to show how this will benefit EVERYONE. And guess what? It won't. What about the people who created that item? We can't just take ROBUX away from them and give them back to you. What if they were saving up? What if they already spent them?

| It's still a valid point. Roblox isn't just going to change the TOS, they have already had refunds requested countless times and have not responded to any of those requests. They aren't adding refunds. |

it clearly states in the tos that everything is non-refundable,
you can only get a refund if you got scammed (hacked?) and you have evidence to back it up, it's the "rollback" feature thingy
