This post is extremely delayed, but I figured I'd post it now considering all the posts going around about people leaving VAK and VAC.
Right, so I wasn't anyone important in VAC, just an L2. But I saw a lot that went on within VAC. A few points that Retired VAK Captain Scelus made about VAC:
-Takes too long to graduate -Has Trainers and HICOM members that don't care
I went into VAC thinking that I was doing something great with myself, thinking that I would change into a better gunfighter, a better leader, a better person, as people looked up to Vaktovians in the war-group world. I wanted a piece of that. But, I lost motivation. I left a week after attaining L2 because of this, then I started to realise what I went through.
Let me repeat the points that Retired VAK Captain Scelus made:
-Takes too long to graduate It took me three months just to pass L1. I attended every event oriented around L1s.
-Has Trainers and HICOM members that don't care If it wasn't during a training, and sometimes it was, I would be dismissed, ignored, or told that I was a waste of their time when I needed something.
Again, I'm not some popular person in VAC, I never was. But this needs to be said. Sure, Vaktovians are posting eye-opening resignations, but that was from a VAK looking into VAC standpoint. I experienced VAC when this went down. I can assure you that these claims made are not false.
I love the community, I met many people, I love the friends I made. But I can't say I loved VAC.
This is all I have to say. I hope this expands your mind on Vaktovia's current path. I'm not saying that it will die, but something needs to give.
