Everyones telling me about them and telling me to add it but last time i checked roblox cant handle recording every second of a player so is it?

| you could potentially store two or three seconds worth of every living player's position value stuff in a separate environment, deleting anything past 3 seconds that's been saved immediately, or setting a limit on the stored time, then retrieve it locally for the killed player. i doubt it'd be worth the effort it'd take to pioneer the field like that. but hey, maybe you'd get some recognition for it? |

I mean (almost) anything is possible on Roblox!
If by Killcam you mean show who killed you on your camera:
Simply change your CameraType to whatever you may want it to be at, and CameraSubject to the player's humanoid.
If you mean a replay of how you died from your killer's perspective:
That's rather complicated, so I'd recommend taking the first approach.
But it's still possible none-the-less.

@ antonio I completely agree almost anything is possible in Roblox. Hey I mean look at this dude he remade the Bhopping and surfing thing from CSGO https://www.roblox.com/games/252877716/bhop-268-MAPS If that isn't considered 'possible' then I don't know what is.

The only way i see it being possible is storing a players position and all of his/her data and cloning it(which would probably cause a ton of lag).

Kill cams are when you see the recorded part where you see how you got killed.
No, i don't think that is possible, however it would been very difficult. |

| It's possible, you must use a localscript, and save the past 5 or so seconds worth of data in a table. Then when someone kills another player, have it send that table to the other player to recreate what happened. You can make it so it saves the position of each player at a certain time, as well as each time a player shoots/throws a grenade, or jumps and whatever. |

I'm pretty sure it was LegendOfGuest's game. Don't quote me on it though.

It's best to do a kill overview instead, showing the stats behind how you died, which damage from which person with which weapon, and perhaps setting the camera's focus to your killer.

It is possible. Someone has already made it. I can't remember which game but it showed exactly how I died, etc...
So yes it's possible.

Most rosports games like mine have replays, however they are easy because everyone views the same replay. I think to have different replays for multiple players at once would require a separate map for every player to house the clones.plus many scripts running at 1-2% usage. insane lag.
I think legit games like COD literally record each screen, but we obviously cant do that. So this is probably impossible. |

Actually I have an idea. No matter what, you have to use a separate map, because there's no way to make other plays invisible during the replay. But One thing you could do is, as long as each replay is very short, you could make sure only one is showing at a time. However this probably comes with inherent server lag. so you could do the same thing except do the replay cframing locally, which only puts the lag on one client. This also allows multiple replays at once, since local parts are visible to only one player.

You would just need 1 map and all of the players and just replay the data.
