I'm using a bindable function to move information between different scripts(not local scripts). FE is on, and for now the bindable function is in the workspace and it gets information from some small scripts in workspace and also from the main script(in server script service).
I'm wondering if that can be exploited, and if there is a better way for me to do that? Would an exploiter be able to see what is being sent to the bindable function? I guess it doesn't matter if they can see it, as long as they can't send the same thing to the bindable function in some way. |

What does FE have to do with bindable functions?
Do you mean remote events/remote functions?
Anyways store any event in replicatedstorage. And then just verify any change on the server

No it's not a remote event or a remote function. It's a bindable function. I actually didn't know if FE or not would matter, i just want to be sure it's not exploitable. I'll move it to replicated storage just to be on the safe side.
I'm new to scripting, and I'm learning as I go with a pretty big project. I think I could also do the same thing with a module script, and i might change how that works. |
