A ACT OF CONGRESS, DevGralius to better setup the way we conduct elections for committees. SECTION I. SHORT TITLE (a) This act of congress shall be cited as "FECC Reformation and Delegation of Power Act" or simply “FECC RDPA”. SECTION II. AMENDMENT TO ELECTORAL LAW (a) Section II, Sub-Section b, Clause 1, is hereby struck from the Congressional Electoral Law. (b) All “Federal Election Commission”’s are struck and amended to “Federal Elections Congressional Committee”. (c) All “FEC”’s are struck and amended to “FECC”. SECTION III. NEW COMMITTEES (a) The House of Representatives shall have the power to regulate elections for their committees, per House Resolutions or Concurrent/Joint Resolutions. (1) The House Committee on Elections is hereby established, and is by default setup as the Chairman being the Speaker of the House, the Ranking Member being the House Minority Leader. (2) The House Committee on Elections is hereby maxed at five members, including the Chairman and Ranking Member. (A) The Chairman shall have the ability to appoint two of the members, and the Ranking Member shall appoint one. (3) The House Committee on Elections may be modified by House Resolution or Concurrent/Joint Resolutions. (b) The United States Senate shall have the power to regulate elections for their committees, per Senate Resolutions or Concurrent/Joint Resolutions. (1) The Senate Committee on Elections is hereby established, and is by default setup as the Chairman being the President Pro Tempore, the Vice Chairman being elected by the Majority Party, and the Ranking Member being elected from the Minority Party, and the Vice Chairman and Ranking Member can pick one member to serve on the Senate Committee on Elections. (c) The House Committee on Elections and Senate Committee on Elections are hereby tasked with Committee elections ONLY. (1) If elections are needed for the Elections Committees (the House Committee on Elections or the Senate Committee on Elections), the Chairmen (Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore) shall host those elections for the Elections Committees of their house. SECTION IV. REGULATION (a) The Federal Elections Congressional Committee shall have the ability and power to advise election rules, but it shall ultimately be up to the Elections Committee of each house. (b) The Federal Elections Commission, that oversees the Presidential Committee, Congressional Committee, and the Filtering Committee, shall have the ability to oversee and motion to administrate the committee in the time that the Commission feels it needed.
