Education is literally useful for when you're going to become something successful in life, but the thing I can't stand is three key points.
1.) What is the point of learning History, Science/Biology, etc.? I make this point because if you are not going to be some History Teacher Indiana Jones Archaeologist, or some great Scientist who literally can cure diabeetus, then why even take those kind of classes?
2.) Some Teachers are just really unfair. Not going into detail about this one because I have my own experience which I'd rather not share.
3.) It's all social drama and peer pressure. Literally, we all know this, whether you're popular or not, you're always getting grief from children when you are just going to a building to get your education and graduate.
ANYWAYS THANKS OT FOR LETTING ME RANT ABOUT THIS USELESS TOPIC |

Well we learn history to not repeat the mistakes we've committed in the past. And once you go to college you won't be forced to take as many classes and you can choose what you feel best suits you. That's why we take so many subjects in grade school/high school, it's to expose you to as many fields as possible to see what you're good at/ a backup plan for what you want to do fails.
You're other two points are true though. |

Yes, I mean, that's just common knowledge to not cause problems in the world, yes? Though there are power hungry people who try to gain dominance, as I just said, it's all Social stuff, it doesnt even have to be school for this kind of world problem. |

| yes, perhaps i was wrong that "science is useless", BUT, judging from the way I am going to choose my job and contribute to society, I probably won't choose science as it does not interest me, but if anyone else wants to become a scientist, well, all the power to you, friend, because im not gonna be a scientist lol |

lots of people go through a "whats the point of school" phase
the social environment is to prepare you for society post-school
survival of the fittest: if you arent bright or willing you will fail; if you are socially inept then you will socially fail
call it unfair but equal opportunity doesnt mean you will always win
make an effort instead of complaining
you have unfair teachers? get switched out or start a big protest; complaining does nothing
whats the point of history, science etc? whats the point of anything? its all to introduce you to very important concepts whether you like it or not
"im not gonna be a mathematician so why should i bother learning math"
see the main theme here? quit whining and grow up |

| I don't really need history or science because I'm pretty obsessive about those topics but it's so annoying when people don't understand basic stuff |

An important understanding of history is important to being well-cultured, understanding literature, understanding politics, etc.
>2.) Some Teachers are just really unfair. Not going into detail about this one because I have my own experience which I'd rather not share.
I agree. And teachers can be absolutely terrible and yet their job is 100% secure
>3.) It's all social drama and peer pressure. Literally, we all know this, whether you're popular or not, you're always getting grief from children when you are just going to a building to get your education and graduate.
Ignore it, don't do actions that subject yourself to it, be more astute, tell somebody, etc. |

| Those who don't know the past are doomed to repeat it, so that's how history is useful. |
