seriously, make sure that you are grateful for what you have (not just today but everyday)
if you have loving parents, loving siblings, loving family of any kind, a roof over your head, food on your plate, people that care about you, whatever
even if you dont have any of that, be grateful that you are alive and have been gifted an opportunity to experience this world at all

| Why would I be thankful? By falling into government pressure and not dismantling the oppressive system that promotes capitalism and social Darwinism? How about we overthrow the government and be thankful for the anarchy that ensues |

because by living in a country that is the perpetrator of imperialism, colonialism, 𝗌𝗅𝖺𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗒, 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗀𝖾𝗇𝗈𝖼𝗂𝖽𝖾, you are probably not the victim of those acts
meaning though we live under capitalism, your life could be a lot worse
