The graphics card is lacking, depending on what you're looking to use it for. For gaming I'd go for something with a lower end processor and higher end GPU.
Or you could always build it yourself and choose your own specs.

DO NOT BUY REBUILT COMPUTERS EVER!
Build you own pc buy parts!! Cheaper and better hardware in the end!
Go google pcpartpicker that's a good place to start. PLUS black friday!! |

With about $650 I can build a custom rig that'll leave that 1k+ rig in the dust.

Also why no ssd? SSD is the cherry on top of that pie. My pc turns on in about 5-7 secs and everything is speedy. (500gb SSD)

I see a video card that has 4 gb with like 1.2 ghz it was like 120 bucks, you could cross fire them and run pretty much every game at full settings.

I got mine from CyberPowerPC, and though the computer had a lot of problems they covered over $700 in needed replacement parts before the warranty finally expired. The drawback is you need to pay one-way shipping yourself to send it back. They're also super cheap.
You could also go with DigitalStorm if you're looking for something a little more professional.
You could also build it yourself, and have to manage warranties for a ton of individual parts, whichever suits your fancy.

I have pcs some really old pcs that still run like the day I got them. I don't think you'll ever really run into problems seeing how most of them don't have moving parts. Only thing that can really fail on my pc is the fans or hhd but I have the ssd as the primary and a 512gb sd card for backups. It is an older system yes. I'm running ddr3 ram that should tell you. But I've never had any problems with it. But you also need to make sure to open it up every now and then and dust it out no matter how dust proof your case it dust it every so often.
