subaru is back, and my thoughts on it shall (possibly) appeal all of you. the new subaru BR-Z is here, with a special, i say, tinker on it; atleast as the Subaru Tecnica International edition goes. yep, there is a STI edition, which does add 100 horsepower to the usual 200, making for a grand total of (about) 300, it's not a lot; but it's what you get for what they're trying to make a "sports coupe".
just to let you clear, we're not focusing on the subaru BR-Z 2016 year, it's the 2016 STI edition.
when you get the STI, you would usually get some new facial features here and there, this kind of takes it to the extreme. literally. the new car has a sleeker grill, with canards busting a new feature out the door. the biggest part, lays in the back, with an unnecessary big wing. it's not the best, and it surely is probably some modified aftermarket wing, i'm not sure but probably it is.
there's waay to much details in the new changes to the body, but all in all, the new car gets a 7/10. the horsepower upgrade may be decent, but the facial changes aren't needed. personally, just buy the 2016 edition, it's cheaper. and plus it's not even in the U.S. yet
bye
