Drink a large, large cup of water before you go to bed, milk is better, also, wash your face with cold water. After this, lie down in bed and go to sleep. Your pillows will not be drooled on anymore.

@z007

It's a fact, sleeping on your back is the most uncomfortable sleeping position and it increases chances of getting sleep paralisys.

Yeah, go deny it, I don't care. The burden of proof is on you, remember?

Hmm, make sure your mouth is closed maybe by slightly biting on your cheek or something,also sleeping on your back can cause sleep paralysis as the users above said.

lmao

okay so here's the deal - sleeping on your back with one or no pillows is the most healthy/comfortable way to sleep provided you have a decent mattress. This is because your spinal column and neck are both supported.

Sleeping on, say, your side, distorts your spinal column unless you use something to space out your legs, such as a body pillow, returning your spinal column to normal position.

and as for that sleep paralysis crap, burden of proof is on you - because literally nothing says that

like seriously

the only way to link sleep paralysis to sleeping on your back is with sleep apnoea - and sleep apnoea is only a theorized connection to sleep paralysis, there haven't been any publicized studies on the issue.

so... whatever your source is, it's a load of crap lol

Citation needed.

There has been a study done by doctors that shows that you have more chances of getting sleep paralysis because your upper body muscles relax, making it easier for sleep paralysis to occur.

@Z007

You need to work on your debating skills, because it is clear you are terrible at this. (Who even uses anything related to CNN as a source, lol). But if it's on the internet, it must be true, right?

u didn't cite your sources

also i had two other sources because i know cnn can be weak

but if you want to get scientific, here it is ya walnut

The cause of sleep paralysis is waking up while in REM sleep. An aspect of REM sleep is that muscle control is disabled - there's the sleep paralysis for you. Of course, you won't notice it because you're asleep. If, for some reason, you wake up and become aware during an REM cycle, you'll be in sleep paralysis while the body gets itself out of the REM cycle.

Annnd you know how that correlates to sleeping on your back? It doesn't.

cite your sources you walnut

also if you want to talk about debating skills, you ironically used the ad hominem fallacy rather than responding with the sources requested and providing your own evidence

so uh

yeah.

@Z007

"also if you want to talk about debating skills, you ironically used the ad hominem fallacy rather than responding with the sources requested and providing your own evidence."

The irony. Where did I insult or personally attack you? And the word "walnut" is totally not an ad hominem fallacy, now is it?

And if you want me to cite my sources, I can't. Because they are not on the internet. They are from a book. It's book from a medical school which mentions the correlation of the sleeping position and sleep paralysis triggers. The book is not in English so I am not very certain ROBLOX will spare it from the filters.

And if you had any debating skills, you would know that you should not put your own ego in the argument. I can go on and on and argue about this for hours, I had flame wars that lasted for 24 pages, and I am not exaggerating it. It is up to you. Cope with truth?
.

yeah i realized the walnut thing later lmao

but anyway, you can still cite your source lol.

also you're literally not debating at all, so... yeah. If you provided decent evidence, like I did, and I determined it to be a legitimate source and argument, then obviously I would say "oh dang u right"

but you have no source
no evidence
no scientific reasoning
you literally provided nothing to this debate

so uh
yeah...
