I'd like to have the 'G' word (referring to LGBT) to be unbanned. We are now in 2016 and I'm sure that not many people will use the word in the wrong context.
Let's express ourselves using this word with pride! Comment 'Support.' below if you agree with me! |

| It's important that children are exposed to this sort of language at a young age - especially correctly. Moreover, the G word is supposed to mean 'happy'. I love it in both contexts. |

It would be much easier to bully LGBT people if people would be able to use the 'G' word, especially with most of the Robloxian community being users under the age of 13 (but most of them lie about their age to get the full ability to chat). When these little kids rage, they call other members of the community every name under the sun and I doubt that anyone would want to see a bunch of little kids calling each other the 'G' word. 'Autistic' and 'Cancer' are already used as nasty insults and we don't need any more insults being used.
However, if Roblox would be mostly made up of users ages 13+, I reckon that the Roblox administrators would add that ability into the game. |

"exposed to this sort of language at a young age" you're saying you want your children to be lgbt at the age of 11?

| I do not think we should have to involve the LGBT and it's politics in a game for children...Everyone is equal. |

It's 2016 and a lot of people wouldn't use the word in the wrong way, but sadly we have 11 year old raging kids that would.
ROBLOX wouldn't support it unless they could stop kids from putting their age over 13 just to say bad words such as [G].
If there is a way they can do that then, Support. |

"you're saying you want your children to be lgbt at the age of 11?"
no, he's saying that people need to know the actual meaning of the word at a young age, because most of the time people tend to use it incorrectly and blatantly he never said that 11 year olds need to be lgbt lol

I agree with your view, but most kids on this website are not mature enough to use the word.

To be honest, I think they censored such because discussing who you love on ROBLOX tends to go into the ODer territory. It's not a matter of looking out for LGBT users, nor is it a matter of being biased/prejudiced against them. As the moderators are pretty accepting and okay people.

I wish i could take a more friendly stance to my side of this subject however he is fully right, the best age you to other people used to something is when they are children. The [G] word would not allow for easier bullying as people just go past the tags and use things like G!Y if they really want to bully the ###### My understanding of this is his point is that from a cultural view the word's meaning has changed overtime and as such in our current year the word is being used in a much more fitting context. It is irrelevant if people will still use it in a hostel form. The reason for that being that anything can be bent to good and a bad meaning. It's over protective to band a word due to something somebody might say. The way to stop that from happening is not to ban the word but for the culture of Society to change such as whats happening now. In 2011 and 2013 it was much more accepted to shun people for being ##### then it is now. If you want things to keep going that way doing things such as teaching children not to think the "G" word is some kind of insult then they won't see it as one.

| It's filtered in most contexts but I have seen people be able to say "I'm ___" without being filtered. This seems like a fair compromise to me. |

| G refers to liking to ##### #### a man How is this something that children should be "exposed to at an early age"? I think the word for straight is also filtered, they both refer to "special love". Let me test the word for "straight" right now. ############ |

Or you can respect other viewpoints. There is no true solution to this problem, either one of the views on LGBT are going to get fussy if you try to solve this.
