--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Of course Roblox isn't the only game and program I am planning on using with this machine. I have already sunk around 500 into this machine and it's nowhere even close to being complete. I am enjoying the experience of building something like this and it's coming a long quite nicely indeed. However, please tell me your thoughts on this monster of a build. Is this computer completely over kill? Or is it an average build? |

| To me, I feel like the 5TB hard drive and the 16GB ram is a little much. If I didn't have that then it most likely would be an average build. However I wasn't sure if this machine was going to be complete overkill rig or not. |

"AMD CPU FX-8350 Black Edition 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) (CPU)" bad
"Seagate Internal Hard Drive ST5000DM000 5TB 128MB Cache (Hard Drive)" bad
"MSI 970(Motherboard)" really bad
"Sentey 600wat (Power Supply)" absolutely HORRIBLE |

FYI
My computer with an MSI 970A-G43 just died a few days back from VRM failure (even with custom heatsinks on the VRMs), and it had a slower CPU than yours
So if you got the MSI 970A-G43 and you're planning to use an AMD FX-8xxx CPU with it... don't.
Also that power supply is genuinely awful and will blow up soon, really bad brand |

| I do need to admit, I nailed it on the red and black color scheme though. |

Seriously those motherboards have a history of catching on fire
I just bought a brand new skylake motherboard + i3 and I'm never going back to AMD |

>MSI >AMD
No. Get a Asus motherboard and an i7.
And get at least a 1070 graphics card. I have a 1080 one, but it's pretty expensive and 1070 is probably enough.
