easiest stores to raid:
Toys R Us, there won't be enough staff and the stores I see around where I live are large.
Target (best place to raid food at this time)
Gamestop, if you have a small child, they can take a few games off of the shelves.
hardest stores to raid:
Best Buy, higher surveillance, cameras, and more.
Walmart, there's only one spot that you'd actually steal from.
Most other stores, not good enough/won't allow phone recording.

Seriously though, Target is better for stealing food during this time. Walmart isn't, there'll be personnel all over the store.
