The people can argue that he's unfit for potus.
They can call for another election. |

"they can call for another election" nowhere in the constitution does it say people can call for a re-election so it won't happen because of the constitutionality issue.

"nowhere in the constitution does it say people can call for a re-election" WRONG
We have the right to alter or abolish the government if we the people do not favor it.

wrong.
that's in the declaration of independence, not the constitution.
yes, they are different documents.

oh, and when it says that, it means by a use of force, not "ok new election"

@thesel
that's my point exactly
in my vocational class (which deals with criminal justice and law/constitution) our instructor kept having to explain to people he can't be impeached since he hasnt done anything in office yet since he's not even in office until january lol

plus, even if he could be impeached yet,
congress is controlled by the republicans, so rather unlikely they'll take him out of power

the right to alter or abolish the government is a god given right
let's use some if statements to support my argument
if the USA is led by a dictator, then we would allow it, because we dont have the right to alter the government
no, that's not how the USA works
freedom of speech and protest give you the tools to speak out against the government, so why give tools that are unable to be used?
if protests get's way too out of hand, then there's a clear message. if the government was to not listen to us, they'd be enraging and endangering the people.
the idea of a reelection is more like a referendum. of course, this is an indirect democracy, so the senate/house would most likely be voting on something like that, and since it's republican controlled, a reelection isnt likely unless the voice of the people is that swaying
have more to add but a raid to take part in, so good day

"We have the right to alter or abolish the government if we the people do not favor it."
Right, when highschool-college aged liberals don't get their way, they pout in the streets and start riots. Not the first time we've seen this. |

"the right to alter or abolish the government is a god given right"
there is NOTHING
N O T H I N G
in the constitution about altering or abolishing the government
in fact, it's illegal. any act against the government is seen as attempting to make it fall or become crippled, which is a federal crime.
