The US second amendment right has been needing COMMON SENSE LAWS for years What trump is putting down, are all practical ideas. That the democrats could have worked with I don't know why republicans or democrats didn't start on them.

| If you read the constitution the National guard is to be instructed by the governor the president can ask for aid and or request for the national guard to be deployed to X area. But it is still the governors Military, they are given a different oath and are exactly the "well trained militia" in the 2nd A is |
