So im going vegan because i need to get healthier
Im slowly getting there by removing one thing at a time
Im getting rid of my favorite thing first
COW
which means no more milk
I have coconut milk but it tastes weird. Help |

if you're doing it to be healthier i would go vegetarian if you're doing it for moral reasons i would go vegan |

I'm lactose intolerant
Personally I like almond milk, chocolate tastes great and i use vanilla for cereal
Soy milk tastes like watered down milk, it's gross but it's the only substitute found in coffee shops (from what I've seen)
Cashew milk is a thing too, heard it's pretty good |
