Greetings from The Cut Hut HR team!
At The Cut Hut, our team strives to portray professionalism and amiability towards each and every guest that walks into our salon. We aim to create a safe and friendly environment for both, the staff and the guests of The Cut Hut in order to reach the satisfaction of everyone. For this to occur, we would need our customers to contribute in creating a friendly environment, therefore, we kindly ask of our customers to follow the rules that are given out to them. Refusal to follow the rules may result in consequences.
Below is the code of conduct which includes descriptions of each aspect and also a list of rules, designed specifically for our customers of The Cut Hut. These rules apply to all customers and should not be disregarded. The descriptions that are presented to you, explains how one should behave and present themselves. We sincerely hope that this has helped and given you an understanding of the expected behavior at all areas of The Cut Hut.

✦Actions and Behavior✦
Whilst at the salon, the expected behavior out of the customers of The Cut Hut are maturity and friendliness. Being rude/insulting, advertising, cursing, yelling, and trolling in general are not tolerated at the salon as this can create problems between customers and staff members. Therefore, if any profanity and disrespect towards others are seen, there will consequences that will be faced. Lastly, criticism is not needed at the salon, if there are any aspects of the group that you dislike or do not approve of, a complaint can be sent to an HR instead.
✦Dress Code✦
Our customers of The Cut Hut should be dressed appropriately at all times whilst at any of the group’s places. This means that anything in relation to prejudice, criticism or insults are not tolerated. We require our customers to dress reasonably, we do not tolerate any type of wear that can offend anyone nor do we tolerate inappropriate wear or not wearing anything at all.
✦Responsibility✦
We ask of our customers to take responsibility for the behavioral actions that they take at any of The Cut Hut areas. The responsibility of a customer at The Cut Hut revolves around the maturity of each individual. You should be responsible of contributing to creating a friendly and safe environment for all, you should also be responsible of understanding the tolerance and intolerance of this salon. As a result, responsibility is all about the actions that you take, and making sure than you are able to have maturity at all times.

This is an organized list which contains all the rules that applies to every customer of The Cut Hut, we hope that the rules that were made had somewhat helped in creating an affectionate environment for everyone.
✦Rules✦
1.) Do not ask an MR/HR to check your application for a job continually, we will always check every application that is sent in. Therefore, you just need to be patient.
2.) Trolling is absolutely prohibited in all areas of The Cut Hut, whether it is at the salon, training center or the interview center.
3.) Advertising is also prohibited in all areas of The Cut Hut, this means that our customers cannot advertise any groups.
4.) We do not tolerate cursing and insulting at all areas of The Cut Hut, staff and customers can take easily take offense. This also creates countless problems between staff members and the customers.
5.) Spamming is also not allowed at all areas of The Cut Hut.
6.) Any disrespect or discourtesy shown towards another customer or any of the staff members will result in consequences being faced.
7.) Whilst lining up to book an appointment for a makeover, do not attempt to cut in front of others, this will result in being respawned.
8.) Do not create drama or spread rumors of our staff members, if it is extensively bad, you may file a complaint about the specific individual to an HR instead of talking negatively about them to others.
9.) Do not complain on the group wall if you are yet to be promoted after sending in an application. It could possibly mean that your application was declined.
10.) Be appropriate at all times whilst being in the areas of The Cut Hut, this includes appropriate wear and also appropriate behavior.
