If you're in the US, play football. In Europe/AUS/NZ/ZA, play rugby.

I need more endurance though.
Im not in shape exactly.
I started to work out yesterday.
Today was about 2 hours.
Im almost done running for 5 minutes straight. When i do that, ill start lifting. |
