| This is just sad how roblox administrators don't even post on threads anymore, they should just come on and post on ones, even stupid ones saying that they will or won't or asking questions etc, I bet a lot of people can actually do this job a lot better than they can |

I posted a thread on this issue before you did and two other people responded on my thread that they have this problem. So that brings the total up to 7 people with this problem, including me and the original poster.
I noticed that I don't have this glitch on my old laptop which has a lower resolution than my current one. I also noticed that this camera bug appeared when Roblox fixed a resolution bug. Could resolution have something to do with this?

I solved the problem.
Solution (hopefully this works for you, too): Go to the file location of the Roblox Studio Launcher exe (should be in your AppData). Right click on RobloxStudioLauncherBeta exe. Click Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab. Check the box next to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". Click Apply. Click OK.
This will change the resolution that Studio runs at to whatever your screen resolution is, hopefully solving the camera bug in the process. It worked for me, at least.
