I went to Gamestop and personally purchased a brand new $40 unused game card. I scratched off the silver and entered the code, and it said "An error occured" and no changes to my credit changed. I entered the code again and it said "code already redeemed". No changes to my credit was made. What happened?

Still no reply. I redeemed a $25 dollar card a minute ago and the same problem occurred.

| People are using a java script to steal game card it's simple to do but i feel bad for you just give money to you parents and ask them to buy you robux/bc online |

I bought about four cards from BEST BUY/ a total of 10.00 ea/ just tried to use a new one and nothing happened can u check into it.

Just got an email back. Here's what it said:

If I was you I would just wait a few hours and if it is still doing it go back to where you purchased it. But the email said it will be fixed so.

| If you have the receipt, I suggest going back to the store and returning it and ask for a new one. If it still doesn't work I will buy it online or just get a refund and buy robux / BC |

| It will take a day or two to get a reply from Roblox and you'll likely be asked for your Roblox account name[if you didn't put it in the first message], the game card code, and information from the receipt. Then wait another day or so for a reply. |

| I went back to GameStop, and they said they couldn't refund it because they don't give out the codes, roblox does; they're just a middle man selling the cards. |
