Hello,
I appreciate you reaching out to me with your feedback of our service. Here at ServerSide, we are very dependant on the feedback of users within the ROBLOX community; within such, we're always happy to hear the feedback and opinions of users based on our service, whether negative or positive. Your concern is perfectly valid, thus is something that through all of our operations, we have had as a focal point for our decisions.
ServerSide does try to elucidate to all users that are either directly or indirectly involved with our service that we're not official members of ROBLOX staff, nor are we endorsed by ROBLOX Corporation as a whole. ServerSide, as an individual organization is responsible for the sole ambition of protecting games from exploiters. As you've expressed with your message, that your central point of concern is of keeping users from entering games, I'd like to briefly sum up the information regarding our ban system.
When a user is found to be exploiting, whether through a member of moderation staff, another user or our auto detection system, it is the direct responsibility of our staff to investigate such incident as if they do not have any idea what is going on. Provided with strict guidelines, training coupled with detailed checklists, staff with us must then decide the action to be taken. If there is solid, picture evidence that a user is exploiting, such user is placed on a global ban; from which, at least two members of our executive staff must review the ban so as to decide whether or not to keep it. 90% of bans on our system are removed automatically after 30-60 days, to provide another chance to users. This factor of auto removal does not apply if such exploitation is of extreme levels, or damages the security of ROBLOX or our system. Most bans, since they must have strong visual evidence, are emailed to ROBLOX, as part of their decision of which they would like to take further action from a professional standpoint.
ServerSide likes to pride itself on being professional, but we do understand that we aren't at the level of staff employed with ROBLOX; this is not our goal. ServerSide is designed to be a port-of-call for exploitation purposes and providing security and serenity to games within ROBLOX. We do understand that ServerSide is not perfect, furthermore we do understand that some users may not agree with our system; this is something that we cannot change.
I hope I was able to clear up some of the factors leading to concern, as well as address your opinion directly. If you have any other concerns, inquiries or questions on anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Sincerely,
NorthernAxis Chairman ServerSide

Imagine if all ROBLOX Games were occupied by SSMS (Which hopefully may not happen), and you were given a message that you were banned from SSMS games.
This is 'Illegal', as It violates the rights of the user.
Like you and I probably play ROBLOX, The age group of ROBLOX ranges from 6 to 16, SSMS has no capability (and maturity) than ROBLOX Staff.
Further action must be taken.
In conclusion, Limiting the rights to visit places due to leaving a *3rd* party service disgraceful and can be damaging to the ROBLOX Developer community. |

| EDIT+ I don't recall ROBLOX Staff accepting 3rd Party Imaging information on exploiters. I have contacted them once to see if they accept image snapshotting report and they have responded that they can not because images can either be photoshopped or unreliable sources of information. |

This is not legal
1: There's no chance garunteeing that SSMS wont be on every game. Say that one of the owners of SSMS doesn't like you and happens to ban you from every roblox game.
2: The Roblox Moderation Community has no strong personal relations to the community on Roblox, Therefore deal with these situations in a more professional matter because they can't exploit their own system. |

| I think this is a problem, but instead of not allowing these types of groups to be created I think that its the developers responsibility to not allow these groups to "Protect" their places. |

| I feel like this may be non legal, and can get out of hand. I think more likely this is used ## ### party services, which are illegal to use on roblox. ("ServerSide, as an individual organization...") on what grounds. ###### ban system will seemingly become glitchy and mess up at certain time periods, and as of all bot systems, can be manipulated. As the last person said, An imaged report can be ########### or taken out of context, banning that person un-rightfully for more than 1 month; more likely will be banned from roblox if sent to them, and will be sent, based on this writing. In summary, i do not like ###### system, and this is highly illegal. good day to you all. |
