| There could be lots of reasons this problem is happening. It could be your internet, servers are busy, or it could be simply a bug for your specific device you are using. |

Hello, revansai.
Does this happen in general? Loading screens with different apps etc. If so, you could see if the problem is your router. Turn off the router, and simply turn it back on. If the problem still ''accurse''. You could look more into it, by seeing the DSL, cables or even the general fiber optic connection. But, this is of course if THAT'S the problem.
Did you read MajorTom4321 Thread? He explained pretty much every solution to everything!
If you haven't already looked through roblox's help page, i would recommend you to click here: https://en.help.roblox.com/forums/20766829
The link is for those who has issues with the ROBLOX moblie app. (targeted to those users)
If you still cant find your solution, i would then recommend you to manually search for the problem you're having at: https://en.help.roblox.com/
Those are my logic solutions.
Hope this helps, revansai!

revansai.
Read my thread again and make sure you don't make stuff up on your way to the end! And, if you didn't know. routers can easily mess up with your current dns server and then act like it was a dns server. Some router tolerates this, while others don't.
Either way, glad you fixed your problem!
