$600 you could put i5 6400 and GTX 1060 there
under the assumption you already have a monitor and KBM

I got a Laptop. Intel is overpriced and doesn't make a difference. Get the most high end AMD FX.
My $600 setup I hope to buy: EVGA 500W powersupply Seagate 1TB hard drive Gigabyte Motherboard AMD FX 63000 6 core processor 5.0 ghz overclocked. Rosewell dual fans PC tower case. MSI R7 360 2GD5 OC Graphics Card Windows 10 8GB crucial ballistic ram Thrift shop monitor~$20 Thrift shop keyboard~$5
Keep in mind I only need 8gb or ram and I can always get more.

"doesn't make a difference"
basically nothing is AMD optimised.
Most programs only use 1 thread and since Intel go for per-core performance, then it works far better on their CPUs, as apposed to an AMD CPU, where they go for more cores at higher clocks to compensate even when it comes to multithreading programs, right now, intel CPUs completely outclass AMD CPUs, simply because AMD hasn't released new CPU technology in years, Zen will be the first thing they've brought out since 2012. Even if their current high end FX series are good, you still need a good cooler, a high wattage power supply and a very high end motherboard that can handle sporadic and high fluctuations in power draw, because the FX8 and FX9 series drop motherboards like flies.
