is there any way to do this? i havent scripted on here in a while so i dont know if this can be done. if there is some roblox wiki page on this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Yeah, I would use DataStores for that. Check the store once every so often, and if there's something in it, create a new message with its value. Make sure to set it on a timer though, and make sure the server that initiates the message is also charged with clearing the datastore.
Otherwise I suppose you could use HttpService and check in intervals, doing a similar thing, but without needing to rely on ROBLOX's datastores.
Another alternative would be to constantly get information about an asset on-site (a model for example) and then you can change that model's description. In your code, you can relay this new description into a message
