Section 1: Handbook
Handbook Sections: -Section A (Physical) -Section B (Mental) -Section C (Weapons) -Section D (Discipline) -Section E (Knowledge) -Section F (Combat Simulations)
Section 1 - Section A: During your time in the British Army Rifles Regiment, and trying to become an offical member in our staff, you will under go training testing all aspects needed to get into the British Army Rifles Regiment. The first part of your training will be the Physical aspect, where we will test your agility and other Physical elements. This process is one of the easiest aspects in your training, but it can be one of the longest at times.
Section B: The mental aspect is very important to how you succeed and think during real life simulations. Where it can determine your future. It will determine if you have what it takes during when we push you to do those one hundred jumping jacks, or laps. Your mental aspect will determine who you are. This aspect can't be taught often though, it often is who you are. If you have the patience and determinations to do what it takes. If you learn this aspect, almost everything will be easy for you. Even if you fail, you get back up. That is what we are looking for here at the Rifles Regiment.
Section C: You will be tested on whether or not you know your weapons control and know when to engage and when to know and how to properly use your weapon. At times, your weapon may be your best friend and the thing that keeps you going. During training, you will be taught how to use your weapon to its fullest potential and what ranges to use it at, and how you shouldn't use it.
Section D: Here, we focus a lot on discipline. Whether or not if you can follow orders, or show respect for others. If you are strict and mature, or don't care and immature. Discipline can be the thing that will either let you in at times, or let you down. It is MANDATORY to have discipline, or else you will excused from the training and try next time. If you can not follow simple orders, then we will not have the patience for you.
Section E: We will test you on the ranks, weapon controls, and situations of when to engage or not. We will test you on grammar, and leadership knowledge to see if you have potential or already have it.
Section ######## is the final phase of your training. Here, your weapons and combat knowledge will come into full effect. You will be taught how to breach, have better accuracy, and how to use your weapon in certain situations, whether if it is close quarters, medium, or long range. |
