lol I've been doing it for about 2 years almost
I must say, it made me drop a lot of pounds and I definitely definitely see my abs now lol
Then again I do it everyday pretty much e.e
It honestly does work |

It provides agility, speed, and strength with this workout TBH
I do do my own lifting as well tho, since it does not provide any iron workouts! |

I'm in taekwondo I get all the cardio I need plus I can almost raise my leg above my head while keeping it straight

I did the whole insanity program, the only thing that makes it work is diet, so if you dont eat exactly how they want you to you wont notice any change.

if u've been doing it for 2 years and it really works you shouldn't be too phased by it since your body would be used to it and in good condition

see that is the problem; if your body gets used to a sort of physical exercise then you wont be achieving anything. your body already knows what type of stress its gonna go through, so it adjusts to meet that stress
arnold schwarzenegger's philosophy in bodybuilding was to shock the muscle. even though we arent aiming to be professional bodybuilders, the underlying concept behind his mantra is true. that is why gym trainers tell you to increase weight every week or so, run a mile longer every week or so, etc; its so your body wont get used to the physical exercise, and thus gain you muscle. its the entire concept as to why we earn muscle from physical exercise.
