Do you know that when there is a lot of lag, the physics simulation slows down in an attempt to maintain FPS right?

How does one force disable whatever option that is?

By offsetting some of the physics to the clients?

Okay i should have specified that it was the client lagging that causes this slow down in physics for its parts. So that won't work.

If the client has the lag and not the server, then the client needs to upgrade his PC. Also this would then only appear as if some frames would be missing. When the server is causing the lag (which means it slows down the simulation like you said), then you'll have to do something to decrease the lag and the other dude there already suggested what you should do.

The thing is, even if it wasn't the server causing the lag, is there any definitive way for the physics simulation not to slow down on the client side anytime there is like a large amount of parts, particles, or whatever causes the lag on the Client side?

Besides offsetting the physics to the server, no. Tell the user to upgrade their PC if this is a problem.
