EMPLOYEE POLICY
Please make sure you follow Roblox's Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.
PRIVILEGES 1. Changing Ranks This privilege is granted to Board of Directors+. It should be used wisely. Don't demote someone because you can, and don't promote someone multiple times just because they're your friend or they bribed. You must interview a person before promoting them. See our Interview Rules for more information.
2. Posting on the Group Wall If you're going to post, make it meaningful and group related. Spam will be deleted. Recruiting members is allowed in our group wall.
3. Posting on Group Shout Group shouts may only contain this:

Other posts will be taken down. Do not speak in all caps in the group shouts.
4. Clothing Creation All clothes must be original from the clothing developer. Be sure that the clothing follows Roblox rules.
GRAMMAR Perfect grammar is not needed, but at least make it so that the group can understand you. You may only speak in English. If you speak a foreign language, this is not the group for you, because we can only speak English here.
RESPECT Always be nice to others in the group and the entire ROBLOX community. We want you to treat other people nice. That can create a very friendly community! Being mean or disrespectful may lead in temporary suspension or even being fired from the job.
EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS
Working at Next Generation Clothing for personal gain at the expense of our company is not allowed. Do not perform this action, because it may lead to suspension.
We expect workers to be active when they become a member of our group. If a member is absent most of the time, that worker will be demoted. Workers must alert the Chairman of the company if they have to be inactive.
Lying to other workers or customers for personal gain is not allowed. Spreading false rumors about the company is not allowed.
Conflict among other workers is not allowed. There is ZERO tolerance for this.
Lies among interview results is also something a worker shouldn't do. If it is later found that the worker has spread lies to gain a high rank, that person will be demoted to a low rank and may even get suspended.
Bribes should not be given or accepted. -Deny bribes that a person uses in order to get a higher rank -Deny bribes that a person might persuade someone to demote people -Deny bribes that a person would want people to come and work for them (other groups may recruit, but not with bribes) -Deny bribes that may lead to people spreading false rumors about the company, the company's individual organizations (Board of Directors, Chief Officers, etc.), and individual workers -Deny bribes that a person would use in order to make a worker stop working -Deny bribes that a person would use for his/her own personal gain -Deny bribes that a person would use to get free stuff
Accepting those bribes will get you suspended from working.
Always report someone violating the Employee Policy to the Chairman of the company.
REMEMBER
This Employee Policy may still need updating. Don't expect this to be our complete version, because we might add new rules to this Employee Policy.
