if your family suddenly went broke and had no time for cooking... and they have to resort to eating out every, single, day.

Average price for a family of 5 to eat out: $25+ Average price for a family of 5 to cook a healthy meal: ~$15
Yeah... Plus there are healthy restaurants out there, you don't have to eat at McDonald's, BK, etc. |

| There are still plenty of healthy food choices you can eat. Go for the salad or fish. Avoid lots of bread, soda, and fried foods. |

lol this was me throughout highschool not because we went broke but because everyone would rather eat out
the EASIEST thing you can do to start eating healthy is to drop all soda and start drinking water |

If you want to eat all the other junk you best have some regular exercise. It's just easier to avoid eating bad food altogether.
