I've refreshed my desktop, restarted my pc, and when i try to delete it, i get a "Could not find this item" error message

(the file came from a Sims disc i copied over to burn to a ISO)
it's not a virus
i ran a virus scan with AVIRIA which im pretty sure is a good AV

"avira" sounds like absolute garbage freeware that is a virus itself.
avg is actually working.

"Could not find this item" probably means the file doesn't actually exist. It has happened to me before.
If your computer is experiencing symptoms however, then it is most likely malware.
