[Community Guidelines] -Last updated 10/21/16-
Welcome to RS games!
In order for all users to enjoy our games and to make RS games a safe, enjoyable environment, there are a few community guidelines in place. Breaking ANY of the following guidelines may result in a blacklist, suspension, or other moderation action.
1.No flaming, bullying, hatespeech or trolling This is a big one. RS games should be a place where ALL users are welcome, and can converse with other players in a respectful manner. If any players are caught doing any of the above, they will recieve moderation actions from RS games. Here are some general guidelines to avoid this:
>Respect all users Don't be a jerk. Just don't. Calling people names, insulting them, or otherwise being a troll just isn't a way to be a good community member. It makes the overall game experience less enjoyable by other players. Debating over a topic is fine, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR OPINION. It becomes FLAMING when you repeat yourself multiple times, and you try to force other players to read it. We understand that players will rage. Feel free to p##n#####y##r desk all you want. Just don't put it into the in-game chat or the wall.
>Just because you can, doesn't mean you SHOULD. Found a loophole in these community guidelines? We reserve the right to blacklist ANY user that we deem to be violating these guidelines, whether they are stated or not. Use common sense.
2.No cheating, glitching, or exploiting of any kind While you are free to report bugs or glitches to us (the developers), you are NOT allowed to use the bug to your advantage. If you found a way to duplicate money as an example, just report the bug. If you are caught using the bug, you will be blacklisted.
Exploiting. Just don't do it. Period. If you are caught in game using a DLL or other method of "Hacking"/exploiting, you will be blacklisted. Without a refund of any devproduct purchases. You may feel free to report a security gap in our game that can be used with exploits, but you are NOT free to use that gap to your advantage.
3.Refunds In the event of an error (Such as a devproduct not being given after purchase), a refund will be given to the player IF PROOF IS PROVIDED. Proof can constitute of a screenshot or a video. While we do log all in-game purchases, the system isn't perfect and bugs are present. However, if a player is blacklisted (See section 2,"Exploiting"), no refunds will be given.
These guidelines will be updated as more things come up. If you have any questions about the guidelines, PM Reshiram110 or Spathi.
