GENERAL RULES: 1) Always study the interview questions. 2) Never promote designers, Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, or Chief Officers unless you get approval by the Chairman of the company. 3) Make sure the workers will obey the Rules.
MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS: 1) Make sure you review our interview questions. 2) Message the Chairman of the company with the interview results.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS+ 1) Make sure to review the interview questions. 2) Think about the person's answers. Is this person the person you want to work for us? 3) Check worker efficiency. That is the main point to success. 4) If you are not sure if you should promote that particular person or not, message the Chairman of the company on that. 5) If the person is speaking in a different language, say you can't interview them. Unfortunately, we can only have workers that speak fluent in English.
Violations of these rules may result in a suspension.
