Now now, guys, just because you have flashier stuff doesn't mean you have to make yourselves look rude. People who do such a thing are part of the reason some people still see PC users as rude.
Anyways, in response to OP, I have a similar set of integrated graphics, Intel GMA X4500. What I suggest is getting this plugin, which allows you to change your Graphics Quality Level for studio.

Usually unless you need to double check certain things, you can do pretty well with a 1 in quality.

You don't need a plugin. File > Settings > Rendering Change EditQualityLevel and QualityLevel

While that is true, it's certainly much easier to get a plugin which allows you to change that setting while building. Very handy for seeing how a material would look on higher quality settings, such as regular plastic, or metal.

Which can cause issues. I'd rather have a stable framerate, which I can control, rather than Roblox Studio trying to go further when it THINKS it can, when it really can't.

1. Intel HD is a lot newer than Intel GMA, and a lot more powerful. GMA was introduced in 2004, and Intel HD was introduced in 2010. While I can't provide any accurate measurements, we can both presume in a six year gap, they're bound to improve a lot.
2. Larger places can cause more stress. I can edit stuff like building models on a baseplate, 60FPS no problem, but a huge place using lots of smooth terrain may start to drop that.

@jade then experiment to find your perfect graphics settings in a baseplate with a few different brick materials.

@Black,
My framerates are fine. While I need to turn my settings down, it can still be used. My suggestion was mainly "use that to make it easier, and when you need to see how something looks, turn it up for a bit.". Already got my framerates taken care of.

whether you're using the studio menu slider or a plugin slider there's no difference.

That was just my kind way of saying "Dude don't be rude, we don't wanna hear what you have when OP was asking for help."

Sadly, not everyone can afford a new card. Gotta squeeze performance out of what you have.
