value = 70k so 35k funds should be able to get it

"funds = 1/2 value" That's not how it works. At all. Funds = 70% of selling price Value has nothing to do with it at all Average selling price is 37k, which is 26k in funds

Not to mention it's up for sale for roughly the equivalent of 29k group funds right now That guy isn't able to sell his, what makes you think someone will buy it for the same price from you instead?

Funds has nothing to do with value. What you do is:
1) Go to the item 2) Look at the lowest sale price 3) Multiply it by .7 4) Ask for that number.
